Everything you enter in the App is stored in a database on your device. This includes item names, selling prices, purchase costs, shipping charges, platform fees, packaging costs, profit targets, tags, notes, and item photos.
None of this is sent to any server. The developer has no way to access or view it.
The App has no account system and never asks for personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
02Photo access
You can attach item photos to your records. The App asks for access to your photos only when you use this feature — never at launch.
On iOS, a permission dialog appears. On Android, the App uses the system photo picker, so only the photos you select are passed to the App.
If you decline, every feature other than attaching photos remains available. Photos you add are stored only on your device and are never transmitted.
The App does not use the camera or microphone, and never requests access to them.
03Exporting and backing up data
The App can export your records as a CSV file, and can create a backup file that includes your photos.
These files are passed to a destination you choose through your operating system’s share sheet. You choose the destination; the App never sends files to any service automatically.
Exported files contain your records and item photos, so please handle them with care. For how a receiving app or service treats your data, review its own privacy policy.
04Usage statistics
The App keeps counts and totals — such as the number of records and aggregated profit figures — in order to draw charts and track achievements. This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted.
Deleting the App from your device removes this data. Export anything you need before doing so.
05Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect information such as advertising identifiers in order to show ads relevant to your interests.
Information collected for advertising is unrelated to the sales data you record, and the App never uses your records for ad targeting.
iOS will ask whether you allow tracking. If you decline, every feature of the App remains available and ads are still shown, but they may be less relevant to your interests. You can change this at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android
You can turn off ad personalization under Settings → Google → Ads.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)
In these regions, the App presents a consent screen regarding advertising. You can change your choices later.
Certain U.S. states
Depending on the laws of your state, the App offers options to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
06Disclosure to third parties
Apart from the advertising described above, the App does not provide your information to third parties. Information will not be disclosed externally except where required by law.
07Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
08Disclaimer
The App is a tool for recording and calculating your own sales activity. The accuracy of its calculations and totals is not guaranteed, and any use of them for tax filing or other formal procedures is at your own responsibility.
09Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as laws change or as features are added to the App. Significant changes will be announced on this page, and take effect once posted here.
