Audio, transcripts, notes, photos, and marks (stars, to-dos, questions, and so on) created in the App are stored only on your device. None of this record data is sent to an external server. The developer cannot access or view it.
Recording and speech recognition run on device. We do not send your content to the cloud as training data.
The App has no account system and never asks for personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
02Microphone access
The App requests microphone access to recognize speech and turn it into text. Without permission, recording and transcription are unavailable.
You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
03Photo access
When you attach photos to notes, you can take a picture with the camera or choose an image from your photo library. Selected or captured photos stay on your device and are not transmitted.
Photo library access is requested when you choose from the library. Declining does not block other features such as taking a photo with the camera.
04Audio session notes
For recording and speech recognition, the App may temporarily interrupt audio playback from other apps. Ordinary phone calls are not affected, but in some situations (such as split-screen video or music) playback may be interrupted intermittently.
05Advertising
The App may use Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect information such as advertising identifiers and device information in order to show ads.
Communication for ads is unrelated to the audio, notes, and photos stored on your device, and the App never uses your records for ad targeting.
iOS may ask whether you allow tracking. If you decline, every feature remains available and ads may still be shown, though they may be less relevant. You can change this under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android
You may be able to turn off ad personalization under Settings → Google → Ads.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)
In these regions, the App presents a consent screen regarding advertising. You can change your choices later.
Certain U.S. states
Depending on the laws of your state, the App offers options to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
06Deleting your data
You can delete notes, audio, and related data from within the App. Where backup features exist, you can export data yourself.
Uninstalling the App removes data stored on the device. Without a backup, it cannot be restored.
07Disclosure to third parties
Apart from advertising (AdMob), the App does not provide your record data to third parties, except where required by law.
08Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
09Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as laws change or features are added. Significant changes will be announced on this page and take effect once posted here.
Audio, transcripts, notes, and photos stay on your device and are not sent to the cloud as training data. Network use is limited to what advertising delivery requires.
